Bouffant Benefit SNAPS into Place November 11th
Find the purr-fect Christmas gift at the 6th Annual “Bouffant Benefit” Live and Silent Auction. This fun, fund-raiser is set for Friday, November 11th at the Huntsville Depot Roundhouse, downtown, corner of Jefferson and Monroe Streets. Arrive early at 6 p.m. to bid on silent auction items and register for door prizes while enjoying scrumptious hors de’oeuvres. There are auction items for everyone including gift certificates from the best restaurants and shops, to jewelry, antiques, and art by the area’s most prestigious artists. Live auction begins at 7:30.
Alabama PartyPros will set the “retro” 50’s-60’s mood with “cool oldies” music plus see Frank Sinatra and much more fun, surprise entertainment! Enjoy a night of music, food, and great shopping for a suggested donation at the door of $20 per person. Come for a fun evening and help a paws-itively great cause.
The event is hosted by SNAP (Spay/Neuter Action Project), a nonprofit, organization that provides a local, low-fee spay/neuter surgery program. All proceeds will benefit the felines and canines of north Alabama and fund SNAP’s financial assistance program for low-income pet owners.
The money spent that evening on entertainment will mean much to the health of the animals in our community and will actually save lives. SNAP has rescued animals lost during Katrina and has them in foster homes. See pictures of them at the Benefit. They will beneeding permanent homes after the 90 days holding period.
