Here's what Tuesday looks like in Huntsville: The Republican Women of Huntsville will be hosting first lady of Alabama, Patsy Riley, at their regular luncheon meeting,. The Madison County Young Democrats will hold their monthly meeting. Harmony Park Animal Preserve (drive-through tour) is open from 10 a.m. until sundown, seven days a week.
The Scholastic Book Fair Fundraiser at Academy For Academics and Arts continues all week. Sci-Quest is open with their Bones exhibit and the Immersvie Theatre's "Inside the Human Body" film. State Black Archives Research Center & Musuem has an exhibit called Kwanzaa "Tradition & Creativity," while Huntsville Art League's exhibit is “Exploring the Backroads and Highroads” through oil paintings by Malinda McCleary and Dorothy Montgomery. Jerry Williamson of Bishop's Flowers will be at The Huntsville Botanical Garden first Simplify Your Season luncheon. Huntsville Girls & Boys Club hosts Native American Celebration. "Justice, Poverty and Public Policy: The Faith Community Responds" is presented by Presented by Faith Coalition on Poverty and Public Policy and sponsored by Interfaith Mission Service.
