The Circus is Coming to Town!

Coming to Huntsville Dec. 7-11, and coming to the rescue of humdrum happenings everywhere, Ringling Bros. and Barnum & Bailey® Circus will present the 135th Edition of The Greatest Show On Earth. It will sweep you “off your rump” and have you jumping in the flash of a double cannon blast! “This is a show that truly takes you away. It can’t help but make you smile, laugh and have a good time!” exclaims Nicole Feld, a Co-Producer of the 135th Edition along with her father, Kenneth Feld.

“The cast is so tremendous. They’re very up, they’re very young and they’ve got great energy and spirit,” affirms nine-time Ringling Bros. Director Philip Wm. McKinley. “And it’s a good thing, because it all happens at such a frenetic pace!”

This electrifying Ringling Bros. spectacle features more of everything – more momentum, more elements of surprise, more audience involvement, more energy – and more super circus heroes and heroines than ever before. The three-ring action never stops and before you realize it, you’re swept up in the action – dancing and singing, oohing and aahing, gasping and cheering as your mortal senses near overload. The daily grind is left far behind from the moment the opening parade hits the floor, heralding the imaginative animal displays, comic clown capers, amazing feats of athleticism and daredevilry, eye-popping production numbers and resounding, foot-tapping score to follow!

Even with a host of awards and accolades “in glove,” “America's Best Clown" and comic daredevil extraordinaire, Bello Nock, never stops working his tuxedoed tail off to find ways to bring smiles to Children Of All Ages, and top his greatest competitor – himself! Whether buoyantly bouncing in his psychedelic ball pit or wandering waywardly in his Whirling Vortex of Vertigo, the audience laughs and gasps will be non-stop – as is the indefatigably incredible Bello – in the all new, 135th Edition of Ringling Bros.!

Master of the Three-Ring Universe!

Our newest Ringmaster is a genuine American hero – a dedicated military serviceman – as well as an imposing stage presence and powerful vocalist. Ty McFarlan takes charge of the 135th Edition of Ringling Bros. and Barnum & Bailey, commandeering his talented troops and sending them forth to conquer the evil forces of Mundane Monday, Tedious Tuesday, Wearisome Wednesday… Well, you get the idea!

Mr. and Mrs. Cannonball – Married to Each Other, and to Danger!

The dynamic duo of Brian and Tina Miser takes devotion – and detonation – to new heights! Once every angle of their ponderous, double-barreled, people-sized pistol is precisely positioned – the clock begins to count down and the tension begins to rise as this courageous couple prepares to be launched, simultaneously, at 65 miles per hour clear across the arena! Not your typical wedded bliss, in their case, it’s more like wedded blast!

Thrills, Chills and Astonishing Feline and Acrobatic Skills!

A darkened arena, a center spotlight… Enter the boundlessly buoyant and bold Tabayara (Taba) Maluenda and his 11 bewitching Bengals. Together, Taba and his tiger team banish boredom in a flash of feline faculties. But that’s hardly enough for this tenacious trainer, and top-notch tumbler, who will leave Children Of All Ages thunderstruck as he takes flight, twisting and turning amidst his trusting – yet potentially terrifying – charges!

Champion of Animal Aptitude and Artistry!

Once again, the sage Sacha Houcke, eminence of equestrian and elephant education, demonstrates his admirable animal insight and flair for avant-garde amalgams as he presents not only our ample elephant assemblage, but also two totally new and ingeniously innovative Liberty acts – one in which he pilots a pack of pachyderms and ponies, and the other orchestrating the twirling tempo of a trio of elegant and exotic equine breeds – all without reins or ropes!

Able to Leap High Wires Afire in a Single Bound!

They’re awesomely agile, flat-out fearless and undertaking unimaginable stunts. They’re The Aguilar Brothers, and – like typical siblings – Alberto and Mauricio are constantly trying to out-do each other – they just choose to do it on a wire no wider than your thumb, suspended 25 feet above the ground! There’s nothing like being completely caught up in their suspenseful showdown – and incontestably close connection – to make you fully appreciate what family is all about!

The Wonder Woofs Have Something Ahoof!

To herald their happy hounds’ return to The Greatest Show On Earth, The Anastasini’s turn the volume “neigh up” with the addition of petite palomino, Prince, as well as pugnacious pony, Shamrock. The likeable – and light-footed, as it turns out! – Luciano and gracious Gladys attempt to “ride herd” on their playful profusion of pound pups, but events constantly conspire to circumvent them, and the comic confusion that commences is nothing short of contagious!

Look, Up in the Sky! Is it a Prodigious Pizza Pie?

The infamous inhabitants of Ringling Bros. and Barnum & Bailey’s Clown Alley strike again, and this time, they’re delivering dining disorder at the local pizzeria! All starts placidly enough, but mere moments pass and the place plummets into doughy disarray! In addition to their cockeyed cookery, our comic cutups bite off a bit more than they can chew in a basketball challenge against the Windy City Acrobats for the Circus League Championship – so get ready for some genuine “Alley” Oops!

Powerful Pachyderms and Paragons of Playfulness!

What would the circus be without its Elephants, and the 135th Edition of Ringling Bros. puts its humongous herd front and center, featuring their stunning strength, savvy and skills. Our own ten-ton diva, the amazing Asia, mesmerizes all with her delicate walkover and then leads her swinging sisters in a dexterous dance, not only with each other, but accompanied by an extraordinary equine entourage!
