Crestwood's Free Women’s Health Seminar
Join the Crestwood Red Hot Mamas on Tuesday, January 10 at 6:00p.m. and hear Dr. Sara Rochester, Psychiatrist, present a lively session about the changing nutritional and exercise needs during the menopausal transition.
By approaching menopause as a new and exciting stage in life and planning for the changes, more women can feel self-assured, healthy and more energetic. Find out how eating a well balanced diet, participating in regular exercise and not smoking, have been found to improve a woman’s menopause experience.
Making healthy choices and learning as much as you can about the facts will empower you to look forward to and enjoy this new phase of life. Even younger women can benefit from this information by applying it earlier in their lives.
The seminar will be held in the Crestwood Women’s Center Community Room located at 185 Chateau Drive just off Airport Road on the Crestwood campus.
To further its commitment to providing community education, Crestwood began its Red Hot Mamas program in the spring of 2004. The program serves as an avenue for women to receive educational information about their healthcare needs.
Crestwood encourages all women to attend the free seminars to learn more about this critical aspect of their health and become empowered to be proactive in managing their own healthcare.
