Huntsville Pilgrimage Home Tour & Cemetery Stroll

The Huntsville Pilgrimage Association proudly invites you to join them for the annual Pilgrimage Weekend held the first weekend in May. Saturday, May 6th from 10 a.m. until 4 p.m., the Home Tour will open 6 historic homes in Twickenham, Old Town and Five Points Historic Districts, The Church of Christ At Randolph, the Masonic Lodge and four beautiful residential gardens. Box lunches will be available for purchase at the Masonic Lodge, 409 Lincoln Street between 11:00 a.m. and 2:00 p.m. There is an admission charge for this event.

Sunday, May 7th features the Cemetery Stroll from 2:00 p.m. until 4:30 p.m. at beautiful, historic Maple Hill Cemetery. More than 60 area residents dressed in period costumes share stories about Huntsville’s colorful past. Admission is free for the Cemetery Stroll but donations are much appreciated.

Brochures and home tour tickets are available for pre-sale at the following locations: Huntsville; Parisian at both Parkway Place and Madison Square Mall, Lawren’s, Harrison Brothers, The Greenery, Summer Classics at Brooks & Collier, Railroad Station Antique Mall and Shaver’s Bookstore; Madison; Hartlex Antique Mall; Fayetteville; Sissy’s Antiques; Guntersville; Basket Case; and Scottsboro: Ann’s Fine Gifts. Tickets may be purchased the day of the tour at any tour location. Proceeds from the Pilgrimage weekend are used for the maintenance and restoration of the historic section at Maple Hill Cemetery.
