First Commercial Bank presents North Alabama musical favorites Phil Weaver and "Microwave Dave" Gallaher in a "Classical Blues Cabaret" on Thursday, May 4, 2006, at
Historic Three Caves Quarry. Proceeds will benefit the land preservation efforts of The Land Trust of Huntsville & North Alabama. The Classical Blues Cabaret showcases both unique talents on the guitar and a pleasing melding of blues as they jam together. "Two world-class musicians playing blues in a beautiful natural setting to support land preservation - what a perfect way to spend a Thursday evening," said renowned photographer and event chairman Dennis Keim. "Fans will want to bring their own chairs and beverages. Dinners from Cyn Shea's are available for those who don't care to bring their own picnic dinner."
Tickets are $15 per person. Patrons who want to add dinner may also select a boxed dinner from Cyn Shea for $30 per person. Gates open at 6:00 pm. The concert is from 7:00 pm to 9:00 pm.
No tickets will be available at the gate. Tickets will be mailed with parking and free shuttle instructions. No pets will be allowed.

The Land Trust is a member supported not-for-profit organization dedicated to preserving greenspace in North Alabama. Incorporated in 1987 as Alabama's first land trust, almost 4,000 acres valued at over $12 million have been protected now and for future generations. The Land Trust also maintains almost 20 miles of public hiking/biking trails on three major mountain preserves.
