As I was looking at the latest Huntsville/Madison County Health Dept.'s restaurant scores, I noticed that there are several chains that specialize in one of us Southerner's favorite foods: fried chicken! I think I like extra-crispy Kentucky Fried Chicken the best. What about you? Take this little survey and tell me which is your favorite. Yes, there’s still a Church’s Chicken–on Meridian St. (see Page 6 of the health report)–that’s what made me think to make up the poll. And I didn’t list EVERY chicken place on purpose, you can check “other” if your choice is Bojangles.
