Who Will be the Next Mayor of Huntsville?

Loretta Spencer has been the mayor of Huntsville since 1996. She's done a good job--I think everyone will agree. And now, her supporters are urging us NOT to change things now that BRAC is coming to Huntsville. I'm not so sure that now ISN'T the time to change things. What do you think?
