Huntsville Restaurant Scores

It's a mystery every week to see the restaurant scores. This week's Huntsville/Madison Co. Health Dept. report shows that no one restaurant failed to pass--it's been a long time since that happened! And of the 86 eating places inspected, five got perfect scores of 100. Which restaurant had the highest score and which had the lowest?
