$11 an hour with a four hour minimum, plus an $8 minimum travel fee, plus tip I assume? I can’t imagine there are too many people who would pay $60+ for a babysitter for an evening. We used a sitter service while on vacation in San Diego that was a fraction of that.
We’ve used Rocket City Sitters a few times and always gotten a great sitter. It’s ultimately up to the parent to decide how much they want to spend. To me, the peace of mind was worth it.
