The opening of this location will allow guests, which may not have the time to travel from Cummings Research Park downtown, to experience an exceptional lunch. And now movie goers will have the option of a fine dining restaurant before a show. Watercress Bridge Street will feature a large bar area, but will keep the feel of the downtown location with beautiful wood accents and earthen tones throughout the furnishings in the dining room.
Watercress Bridge Street will be able to accommodate triple the amount of diners, so soon more people can experience the delicious Watercress menu.
Watercress is inspired by the traditions of southern cuisine and the classical cooking techniques of France. Executive Chef Adam DeWildt creates each dish using only fresh ingredients, and can be seen picking through fruits and vegetables at the local farmers market. The downtown location currently seats 50 guests.
Chef Adam graduated from the International Art Institute of Colorado and earned an associate's degree in Culinary Arts. While in school he was fortunate enough to have the opportunity to work with some of Denver's best culinary talent. He joined Watercress in September 2010.
