Where's the Best Barbecue in Huntsville?

Tuesday April 10, 2007
Southerners are passionate about their barbecue. They even spell it a variety of ways: barbeque, barbecue, BBQ, Bar-B-Que...no one seems to agree on the spelling or the best recipe. In fact, one of the most popular events in Huntsville is the annual Whistle Stop Festival & Rocket City BBQ Cook-Off. I know when I lived in Iowa, they really didn't understand what barbecue was. When you're hungry for barbecue, where do you go?

Your poll is flawed. Everybody clicks on Bubba’s because it’s the first one on the list, and they just want to see where the link takes them. You should add clearer directions, or a confirmation step.

I haven’t tried very many things at Ole Hickory BBQ, but that’s because I can’t stay away from their GIANT loaded baked potatoes. They’re big enough for two people!
My husband eats there 2 or 3 times a week. He really likes the food, and loves the desserts.
If you enjoy great food and great service, you need to try Ole Hickory BBQ.

I agree with greendawg. This poll is totally f—ed up. It obviously looks as if the link is there to give more info about the restaurant, not to vote for it.

Not only that, but I actually do want to know more about these places (e.g. WHERE THEY ARE) and of course you don’t give that information.
