2002 Scarecrow Trail at Botanical Garden

64 Scarecrows On Display

By , About.com Guide

The Huntsville Botanical Garden is a blaze of color this autumn with 65 scarecrows that are limited only to the imagination and creativity of Huntsville businesses and residents.

A fun activity for families to embrace this fall is a walk through the Garden exploring all the different ways that a scarecrow can be made. Objects, careers and creatures not normally thought of as "scarecrow" material are on displayed throughout the grounds of the Garden.

Pick a nice, sunny day and treat yourself to a not-so-scary sampling of scarecrows. I've saved my favorites until last--so stay with me as we explore the Scarecrow Trail 2002. (Note: not all scarecrows are pictured--for the full line-up, I urge you to go to the Garden and see all the scarecrows for yourself.)
