Delightful decorations on holiday trees, tasteful tablescapes and enchanting
toys provided by the Museum Women's Guild will be on display. The event is
free and open to the public.

WAAY-TV Christmas Parade --Downtown Huntsville
Theme: "Songs of Christmas"

This is Huntsville's official welcome to Santa Claus as he opens the Christmas
season. Parade begins at noon. No admission charged.

Jingle Bell Run for Arthritis -- Big Spring Gazebo
A non-competitive and fun event for runners and walkers of all ages who will tie
jingle bells to their shoelaces, don festive costumes and take to the
streets. This event is held statewide. Start time is 7:45 a.m.
Pre-registration is $15; $18 the day of the run. Runners receive a
long sleeve tee-shirt. 256-533-7722

Reception will feature Santa, music of the holidays and light refreshments as
visitors enjoy the holiday display. The Rocket City TubaChristmas Band
will perform from 2:30-3:30 p.m. Saturday.
