We've talked before. James POTTER & Margaret PARKER in Cherokee Co. in 1840. He died c. 1848. She moved to Pontotoc MS with most of the children. My gr gr grandpa Rev. John W. POTTER stayed in Gadsden area/married Martha Eunice BROWN abt 1844.

Cullman is middle of the state north of Birmingham. It's been a kind of halfway pt. for the descendants in the Moulton,  Lawrence Co.,  area and the few left that can travel from Calhoun Co.

Cullman is about 45 minutes south of Huntsville.....close to the Shrine of the Blessed Sacrament (worth a trip)
