<huntsvilleADM>

Hi,  Travis......sorry I'm late........storms here.

<Travis>

Oh,  I saw some of that on the TV News. I will have to call my brother later.

<Travis>

I was wondering if I was going to have a long lonely chat!!!

<huntsvilleADM>

hopefully,  some more will be here later.!

<huntsvilleADM>

I hope you will stay.....in case I get thrown off.....

<Travis>

I hope so. I tried to get on last week,  but never made it. I would get right to the end and get booted.

<Travis>

I will be here unless I get booted and can't get back in.

<huntsvilleADM>

Did you read last week's transcripts?

<Travis>

Yes,  I did. I would have liked to have been here for the War.

<huntsvilleADM>

do you have Native Americans in the family?

<Travis>

My Dad was supposed to be 1/8 Indian,  but I don't know of any proof of such.

<Travis>

I do know that there were some people in Winston County where there was intermarriage. I heard a story about one wife who was buried next to a field because she couldn't be buried in a graveyard.

<huntsvilleADM>

I have Indian blood on my mother's side somewhere......but can't get her sisters to agree from which of the grandparents it came!

<huntsvilleADM>

was that the Indian tradition or the white man's?

<Travis>

Well,  my mother always said that my father's Indian blood came from the Brothers family which was his maternal grandmother.

<Travis>

My father's maternal grandmother was a Blevins,  and I think some of them were Indian. But there are lots of Blevins around.

<huntsvilleADM>

I don't think a lot of people acknowledged the Indian blood in the family back then!

<Travis>

Absolutely true.

<Travis>

They only started to acknowledge it when they could get free tuition.

<huntsvilleADM>

yeah,  that's true.....if there's money in it.

<Travis>

Are you guys having tornadoes? I saw some really terrible ones in Jackson TN.

<huntsvilleADM>

I'm thinking that my Native Americans were on my LINDSEY side.....but not sure.

<huntsvilleADM>

yes....and thunder and lightning. I think we had lightning strike across the street earlier today.

<Travis>

Well,  we need some rain,  but we don't need any of that violent stuff.

<huntsvilleADM>

that's what I say....

<huntsvilleADM>

how's the weather there?

<Travis>

Great so far. It was around 90 today,  but hasn't been bad yet. We haven't broken 100 yet. Probably next week.

<Travis>

Lightning may be keeping some of our people from being on.

<huntsvilleADM>

that's what I'm thinking...

<huntsvilleADM>

hey,  Nette--welcome!

<Travis>

Hi Nette....At least we won't be alone.

<huntsvilleADM>

Nette,  we think the weather may be keeping folks away.....

<Nette56>

Hi Travis -- sorry I forgot how to do this thing

<Nette56>

Hi Adm

<Travis>

Well,  you'll just have to refigure it out.

<Nette56>

Where is the weather trouble now

<Travis>

All over AL & TN,  I think. Maybe into GA also by now.
