<Granny>  John Malon Morgan married Margaret Snodgrass. Their children were Alice, Mary Jane, William J., Thomas Edward, James C. Permelia A., Florence (married Charles Augustus Webb), Charley Morgan, Margaret A. Morgan, Fanny King Morgan, Edna Earl Morgan.
<huntsvilleADM>  I just dug out my ""Early Settlers of Alabama"" book. These MORGANS are listed: Amanda, Charles, Louisa, Robert, Col. Samuel--anyone think any of these are yours? I'll look it up if you do!
<MizB>  John Malon had 11 Children and James Adkins had 6~Thomas Warren, Sarah, Joseph, Wallace, Mary Ophelia, and Lela Earl

<Granny>  John Benton Morgan married Mary Ann Nicholson in Pickens County, SC. Their children were Benjamin F. (married Lucinda Jenkins), Mary Jane Morgan (married Edward T. Warren), Sarah Carolyn (married Samuel M. Ryan), Nancy Rebecca (married William Duskin Sheffield), John Malon (married Margaret Snodgrass) and James Adkins (Married Harried Ann Elizabeth Caver)
<MizB>  John Benton had 6 Benjamin F, Mary Jane , Sarah Carolyn, Nancy Rebecca, John Malon and James Adkins---all but one I have the families in my files
<MizB>  Granny, Cathy had an Atkins and a Deskin which seemed close and may be who know who misspelled it long ago???

<MizB>  One of the history's of Jackson had in it--James Adkins Morgan subdivided land into city lots and Langston came into being and Coffeeville died.
