Does anyone need a Jackson Co. marriage lookup?

Granny, when you come to visit, you'll have to go to the Unclaimed Baggage Center in Scottsboro--real interesting!\

<missouri>

The Clark County book is very thorough, but the index is awful. So I really need time to peruse the book again for Lukers.

The Davis name is from my husband's side. I know that the family was in Paint Rock Valley area in 1860. William B(Baker?) Davis was there was his widower father Henry,3 sisters, and maybe a uncle. I know William was in Texas by 1886. I think that Henry maybe from North Carolina and had lived in Tennessee before he came to Alabama. My mother said that they had Native American blood. Unfortunately, there are reported a lot of [msg continues in 20 secs]
