Got a lot of info on BROTHERS family in Etowah, St.Clair,  Marshall and DeKalb Co AL last week from Travis

Mickey there use to be some VanZandts that lived here in San Antonio,  but it was spelled with the Z instead of s.

I use to live in Greene county,  but have lived in San Antonio for a long time

I think some of our Teel and Vanzants (Vinzants or Vasandts) went to TX and NM

Two of my sisters in law went to school in San Antonio and married a doctor and a dentist...live in Austin, TX now

I think these Van Zandts were from Austin before San Antonio

Some of my distant Austin-Sutherlin-Hosey family of Shelby and Talladega Co were at the Stephen F. Austin settlement before they ran them off

Got an e-mail from a Brothers relative living in Owens Crossroads near Huntsville

Travis,  Mickey had told me that you had sent her a lot on Brothers

I also got an email from my ggrandfather,  William Wilson's brother's family who moved to Texas around 1890.

Yes,  about 5 generations worth.
