MizB--I have 3 people combing the transcripts for emails....I just need to sort them out and delete duplicates...wish I could figure out an easy way to do that.

this is about the third time it's happened to me.....you'd think I'd learn.....I actually thought I backed everything up.....but in the stress of the situation,  copied the shortcut to the files instead of the files themselves!
