It says that according to Walter Evans, Tarlton is the son of Emmanuel Evans and Elizabeth Evans he is the son-in-law of William Pace, Sr. as stated in the 1815 Scott Co., Va deed, 1820 census Tarlton was born before 1775, In 1810 he was living in Washington Co., Va. from 1815 to 1820 he was living in Scott Co., Va and he was the father of at least 7 children.
