<Charlie>

David Larkin

<Charlie>

Don't know much about the Larkin name...Florence Larkin McLeod's middle name was apparently Larkin, so it might have come from a family line somewhere.

what did they do?

<teach>

John Barrier married Mahala Jane Shirley 15th Sept., 1865. They had three children and Mahala died. John then married Martha B. Huddleston. Trying to get date of Mahala's death and John's 2nd marriage.

<Granny>

Charlie, Nehemiah and Betsy Padgett lived for a while in Franklin Co., TN after leaving Rutherford Co., NC, then some of the McCords and Nehemiah's family moved to Jackson County. <Trisha>

Wow! This hour went fast. This was my first chat - it was fun.

<Charlie>

I bet they were in the border land grant in Virginia granny

<Granny>

Wonder if the Larkin family was Florence ""Flora"" Larkin McLeod's family? I'll have to do some checking on that. If you want to email me, it is granny1463@yahoo.com

<CyberLemon>

it sure does

<huntsvilleADM>

I don't see the second marriage, teach--if could have been in the missing years...or after 1881.

<Granny>

Trisha, we hope you will come back again! This is a fun group, but we get a lot done too! :-)

<CyberLemon>

<Charlie>

I've got very incomplete Larkin data

<huntsvilleADM>

remember to send me an email if you're new and want to receive the chat notices: huntsville2@home.com

I did get to visit Blue Springs cemetery this summer

<Charlie>

I’m chamac45@yahoo.com if anyone reading his needs it

<Granny>

<huntsvilleADM>

<teach>
