Decatur's Hot Air Balloon Rally
Every year Decatur hosts a spectacular Hot Air Balloon rally with two days of fun for balloonists and spectators alike. This year the weather didn't cooperate as well as it could have. But the balloons did get to lift off on Saturday and Robert Schuffert was there to capture these photos.
