I am familiar with the Atlanta Bread Company, having visited several all over the country. My husband and I were so glad to finally have one here in town. This one is the worst we've ever encountered. It took 45 minutes for two bowls of soup and two half sandwiches. When we got the order, it was wrong. It is extremely disorganized and dirty. Once we got our correct order, the sandwiches were soggy and the soup was cold. We decided to come back the following day just to get something from the bakery, but they were out of just about everything (an employee was eating the last white chocolate macadamia nut cookie right in front of us behind the counter!) In all fairness, the store has only been open for two weeks. If it doesn't turn around soon and continues to be the way it is it won't last long.
