05/18/05: This is Huntsville's best Mexican restaurant. As soon as the restaurant opened on Bailey Cove Rd I had to try it. Since that time I have tried many items on the menu and have never been disappointed. The salsa and chips are always fresh. My friends join me there for lunch and supper. Some weeks we eat there 4 to 6 times. It is decorated with authentic Mexican items and the staff is always pleasant. Thanks Hector for a great place to eat.
