I thought the service was slow. My friends disagreed and said that I was just on a fast track and needed to slow down. This restaurant is small and I only saw one waitress on duty.
The menu changes daily at the Chef's Table. Prices are very reasonable at the Chef's Table. The food is delicious, too! I had the Tarragon Chicken Salad, which was mostly chicken served with a few lettuce leaves and a few slices of tomatoes. It was delicious and priced at only $4.25.
A couple of my friends enjoyed the Crawfish Bisque, served either in a cup for $3.25 or in a bowl for $4.25. The two people at the next table were having it, too. This spicy soup reminded everyone of New Orleans style recipes.
The Chef's Table also offers Herb Crusted Lamb Racks, Monte Cristo Sandwiches, Seared Salmon Sandwich, Penne Pasta or Scallops Vin Blanc. There is also a selection of salads, side dishes and deli sandwiches.
