I've been to Copeland's twice. The first time I was there we had to wait more than an hour for our food after our order was taken. When we finally got it, it was cold. We told the manager and he said sorry and gave us a coupon for a free appetizer upon a return visit. Copeland's is quite expensive and to get cold food for the price I paid is simply unacceptable. I'm sorry but an appetizer coupon doesn't make up for the hour long wait and cold food. The other time I went to Copeland's was because I had to. It was a work related function and I had to be there, otherwise I wouldn't have gone back. I hope the cost of my meal was worth keeping to that manager, because he lost my business because of it.
