07/10/04: I am not sure what happened at Country Vittles. We used to go there every weekend, usually got seated promptly, but the wait for the food to come out of the kitchen could be has long as 1 hour. After the last visit (we gave them three tries once the wait times go so long), we decided their popularity exceeded the capacity of the kitchen staff and decided to go back to Green Hills for brunch.
