For Beverages, Covington's has the Towne Tea Punch, the same fruited tea that is popular at the Guntersville Covington's. There is also a Dessert Case that includes Lemon, Derby, and Buttermilk Chess Tarts, Fudge Brownie, and Gooey Butter Bar.
Like Sister Gooch, you will have to stand at the counter and order your food. Unlike Sister Gooch, fortunately, you'll be given a number and your food will be brought to you.
At Covington's, you'll be eating on plastic plates in a straw plate-holder and using plastic forks. The beverages are served in plastic glasses. But the food and atmosphere are so great, that you'll still feel like you've enjoyed a great meal at a reasonable price with your friends. I know I'll be going back and I hope you'll try it, too.
