The cast of 33 is mostly made up of high school and college students, some who are new to theatre. All the principals do an excellent job and it's hard to pick a favorite. I was blown away with Devondre Jones talent and skill. Lindsay Fine brings the character of Carmen Diaz to live and makes us care. Lajuana Davis is funny as Mabel Washington. Elaine Tibbs Rice's solo is breathtaking and worth the price of admission. Gabriel Jaime steals the show with a couple of his scenes. Lincoln Parrot and Alexis Reinhart make a cute couple. And as the Dr. Brown says, "Everybody kisses everybody in this show." So if you think you might be offended with all the interracial coupling, then this show is not for you.
