I have eaten lunch at Sister Gooch on several occasions. The interior is decorated like a converted house, it may be. The furnishings and decorations are comfortable. The food and service has always always been very good. The menu consists of sandwiches and salads and a couple of pasta dishes. The food is well seasoned and fresh. Fresh breads and pastas, fruit and vegetables. The sandwiches are bagged in cellophane, which confused me a bit, gourmet fast food? My fears were laid to rest as soon as I ate. The food is prepared and bagged there at the restaurant.

I understand that the dinner menu is more extensive than the lunch menu, though I have not had dinner there. They have a small bar and sell gourmet cheeses.

I understand that 'Sister Gooch' is planning to develop the rest of the land the restaurant is on and open a few high end shops there. A great place for business lunches or an after church respite.

I read a review that complained about parking. The decorations outside are creative, but not perfect. I am happy to say the focus and attention seems to be paid instead to the inside of the restaurant and the food.
