Nancy and I agreed that we were glad we dined at Sister Gooch's to see what everyone was talking about, but that we probably would not be back.

Here is Nancy's review of Sister Gooch:  "Arriving a little late (12:45) was a good idea as the main lunch crowd, which is formidable, was leaving. Located on Slaughter Road in a brick home set somewhat back off the road, this bustling restaurant is bright and cheerful though confusing upon entry. Once directed toward the cafeteria style food line, the choices were somewhat overwhelming. Having made a selection and finding my way to the cashier and drink dispenser, I settled down at a sunny table. The food was tasty though extremely expensive.  I enjoyed my afternoon in the country but will probably return only for special occasions warranting the investment."
