Humphrey's is certainly an improvement over Bubba's, but that isn't saying much. I work near Humphrey's and occasionally go there for lunch. The service is adequate, if a bit slow. The food is expensive. Although I do believe they have the best Angus burger in town and the spinach feta salad is very good. However, loud music during lunch, slow service and expensive food make this a "once-a-month" dining choice for me.
