Absolutely awful! I try to tell myself that when places are new they deserve a little leniency because they are trying to work out all the kinks, but then some experiences are so bad that they just don't warrant a second chance. I placed an order to go for 4 people. I was told that my order to go would take 40 minutes to prepare and it was placed before they had even opened and only 1 order was ahead of mine. I can look past this. Once we arrived we find out that they are having problems with the credit card machine. First of all why is the cashier having to walk to a different place to run the cards?!?! Now we can only find 3 orders, where is the lost sandwich?? "Oh it came out a long time ago and I put it under the heating lamp," we learn. After all orders are found AND finally paid for, no bags. I wasn't about to ask for cheese and pepper. Once in the car we realize that the lunch specials came with salads and we had none. So back in I go for my salads, 2 garden and 1 Caesar. After informing one of the cashiers of the mistake she looked at me blankly, "I don't know what to do???" "Uh, get me some salads maybe...you think???" Another cashier finally came and wrote down my salads to send to the back. I was not surprised when I got the wrong salads, but at this point I was just ready to leave. The Calzones were okay. The sandwich, which if you remember was put on the heating lamp a long time ago, was hard as a rock and tasted strikingly familiar to ragu. The pizza was burnt. The Caesar Salads were horrible. I thought maybe it was just me considering I had ordered a garden, but no, turns out it was horrible. I can't say I'll be back.
