My husband and I regularly go to the Jazz Factory for the monthly wine dinner and occasionally on other special occasions. Having traveled virtually the entire planet, we find it to be a refreshing treat to find a restaurant that has such elegant dinner selections, relaxing ambience, and friendly waitstaff. There has been an occasion or two that the food did not meet our expectations, however, the restaurant was more than happy to compensate. The standard of service there, and what we have come to expect over several years, is prompt, attentive, excellent preparation, and delectable variety. My highest commendations to the management and staff. We will continue to celebrate our special moments there for many years.
