I've always appreciated the preparation and flavor of the food I've experienced. They bring wonderful flavor into the foods WITHOUT adding fat as a substitute. The management is very hands on with their restaurant; if you had a bad experience, you should have been brave enough to let them know that you didn't feel you were getting your $50's worth. They would have made sure you did.

PS: Just because they didn't come in a dish on the side didn't mean that you didn't receive side dishes...and classical Caesar salad has anchovies in the dressing. In fact, most of the Caesar salads you've ever has have some form (paste or fresh) in the dressing! Maybe you should stick to restaurants you are comfortable with and not criticize those that go out outside the box with their cuisine. Some of us want these places to stay in business!
