W e had several wonderful experiences at the Jazz Factory. First I must say that the food is excellent. It is always consistent, and everyone one of their entrees is superb. The wait staff is an asset. They have always gone out of their way to insure satisfaction. We had our wedding rehearsal dinner there, and every one was pleased. We had reservations , had to wait an hour, but the staff made sure we were well taken care of the rest of the evening. Everyone enjoyed their meal. Next we brought friends from D.C., that are moving to Huntsville. They felt they could not have found a better restaurant in D.C. It was our friend's birthday, and once again the servers were great. We spent from $300-$500 each time we visited, and felt it was worth every penny.
