Me and my friends usually go to
Joy Luck every other weekend on Saturday. As this happened to someone in the
comment 2 columns down....the same thing happened to us. We had been with the
same group (me and 4 or 5 of my friends) at least 8 times to this restaurant (on
the same day and everything), and the owners never had a problem with us. But
this time, we were accused of one of us not paying, and of course, we all did
pay. But we, however, did not pay any extra money. In the end, the owners
believed that we all paid and then they let us leave. Me and my friends were
very offended, considering we had been there so many times without causing any
trouble, and were offended that they would doubt that we paid even for a second.
This did not affect how we felt the restaurant, as we have been many times since
then.
Good points: everyone
there is friendly, the food is VERY GOOD (the people above graded too harshly),
and most of all, it is a nice environment all together.
