My mother's favorite booth is Catherine Wilson's large, fresh vegetables and herbs. You can find Mrs. Wilson there every weekend with fresh vegetables and herbs in season. She also has canned jellys and jams. I love her Pepper Jelly. She includes a list of all ingredients in her canned goods on the label--a bonus for those with allergies. During the fall season she has seasonal items, such as Christmas trees made out of herbs.
