Your choice of a lunch box was your personal statement to the world. Children were very attached to their lunch box. Many lunch boxes can now be found in flea markets and garage sales. Some are of great value. Most bring back a swarm of memories.
It's not too late for you to see this interesting display at the Huntsville Museum of Art. On Sunday, June 15 at 2 p.m., Allen Woodall, president of The River Market Antiques, the Lunch Box Museum and the Museum of Southern Stoneware in Columbus, Georgia will host a slide lecture at the Huntsville Museum of Art.
