Mary E. Alderman, Publisher and Editor, co-founded and co-published The Contemporary Muse, a bi-annual Port Huron, Michigan arts magazine in 1999.  Arts journalist and CEO assistant for the international arts magazine, Horizon, and the tabloid, Antique Monthly, during the 1980s.  Alderman holds a BA in French with Minors in German and Creative Writing from the University of Alabama in Tuscaloosa.  Mary has also published poetry and worked as translator; technical writer; and research writer.

 Scott Cribbs, Art Director and Designer is a local artist and photographer.  Scott is also employed as Senior Technical Illustrator at a worldwide research engineering firm where he does technical illustration, web page design, 3-D renderings, multi-media projects, and photographer.

Ginger Tomassetti, Managing Editor, is a published poet.  She has BA degree in English from the University of Connecticut.   Ginger has worked as a proofreader and editor at a local research engineering firm and is also an artist whose artwork was selected for the Hearts and Flowers Exhibit at the Kennedy Center in Washington, DC in 1995.

 Jack Dempsey, Artistic Coordinator: Artist and writer; former instructor.  Founded the Department of Art at the University of Alabama in Huntsville in 1965.  Books include Anomaly Resolution and The Six Perspective Factors.  Studied art with Edward Melcarth, noted Social Realist, in Venice in the 1950s.  Retired in 1990 to teach and write, attempting to attract as many as possible into the “family of art.”

 Nall, Arts Perspectives:  Internationally renowned painter, engraver, draftsman, designer, architect and writer.  Over eight books have been written about or by him.  Studied art in Europe with Salvador Dali.  His knowledge of art is unsurpassed.  Dedicated to advancing the arts and individual artists, he created the N.A.L.L. Art Association and N.A.L.L. Foundation. NALL and his wife, Tuscia own 9 houses, scattered around the world in France, Monte Carlo, Italy and Huntsville, Alabama.

 Virginia Gilbert, Advisor:  Award-winning poet and photographic artist.  Served as a Peace Crops worker in South Korea, then as a teacher in Iran until she was evacuated from that country after the overthrow of the Shah in 1978.   Director of the Creative Writing Program, Alabama A&M University.
