Concerts In The Park 2003

Featuring the Huntsville Brass Band (pops and marches) and

The Huntsville Youth Orchestra (classical pops)

June 16 starting at 6:30 p.m.

At the Gazebo, Big Spring International Park, Huntsville

The concerts are every Monday night from 6:30 to 8 p.m. Usually, the first

band performs

from 6:30 to 7:10 and the second performs from 7:20 to 8 p.m.

The Ballroom Dance Club of Huntsville meets every Tuesday at the Skate

Odyssey on South Parkway at Mythewood Drive. Tickets are normally $4.

On June 17 the Dance Club will celebrate its 500th dance with the George

Winter Band providing the music with an admission price of $6.00. One week

later, on June 24, the Tradewinds will be playing for the Dance Club's

Tenth Anniversary dance with an admission price of $6.00. The price of

admission includes a dance lesson-(Lessons for June are in the Waltz)

Lesson starts at 7:30 dancing from 8 to 10:15 p.m.
