| At Home with NALL | |
NALL on the steps of his Alabama home on Adams Street in Huntsville. One of his favorite dogs, Shorty Scoots--a "Humane Society Special"--waits on the porch for NALL to come back in the house.
NALL and his wife, Tuscia, are great animal lovers. NALL is Vice President of the Humane Society in Vence, France. His wife is working on an auction to benefit a cat refuge there.
They own 18 dogs and "357 adopted cats," NALL tells me with a smile. Only a few dogs travel with NALL as he goes around the world exhibiting his artwork. Usually, Dora Mae, a Chihuahua accompanies NALL on planes. She is his other favorite and small enough to fit in the in-flight carriers.
NALL and his wife own 9 houses, scattered around the world in France, Monte Carlo, Italy and Huntsville, Alabama. Different animals stay at the different houses. House sitters live in the homes and keep an eye on things when NALL is elsewhere in the world. The worst problem with trotting all over the globe, says NALL, is "keeping track of my tuxedo. It's always in the wrong city."
