I had the opportunity to have lunch at the new Nikko Japanese Restaurant near Hampton Cove. This is a very authentic operation both the design of building, the beautiful gardens and the cuisine. Great attention to detail is given to every aspect of your dining experience. I tried the Salmon Teriyaki. It was delicious and the presentation was exceptional. They are newly opened and just getting their act together... so sit and enjoy the serenity of the surroundings as your entrée is freshly prepared for you.
