06/08/05:  I work at Nikkos and I've also eaten there. The food is wonderful and very Japanese indeed. They don't cook the food right in front of you like they do at some Japanese restaurants, and I asked another worker why that was. She told me that this was more the traditional Japanese place. Anyway, there are always open tables and booths and I never have a problem seating anyone. The other workers (servers) are very nice. They are always running about, taking orders, getting the food, etc. and I rarely see a disappointed customer. The place itself is very beautiful. When you first walk in, you see a small pond surrounded by many many plants, and at the other side is a small red bridge you can walk across and stop to look at the fish. It's all too lovely, and I love my job working there, and I love the other workers and my boss.
