One of the most popular sites at the Garden is the 100-year old Dogwood Tree.  Other special places at the Garden are the Rose Garden, the Herb Garden, the Daylily Garden, and the Vegetable Garden.

The Wildflower Trail at the Garden features Virginia bluebells, trilliums, yellow roots, shooting stars, foamflowers, woodland phlox and celandine poppies.

Be sure and visit the Aquatic Pavilion which features a 110-foot pool filled with lilies and lotus plus goldfish, frogs and tadpoles.

The Fern Glad is home to over 150 species of hardy ferns, most of which come from Asia. Shade Border is made up of magnificent native azaleas.

One popular spot at the Garden is the Butterfly House which opens in May.  This year the Garden is offering "Concerts at the Columns", a series of three outdoor concerts.  There's always something going on at the Garden!  For more information on the Huntsville Botanical Garden, call 256-430-4447.
