My husband and I would normally be anxious to try new restaurants here in Huntsville; however, we never really felt the urge to try out the really nice-looking Rockabilly's restaurant until last weekend. We went there Friday evening around 7:30 p.m., only to find about 4 other couples eating there. We ordered chicken wings, parmesan squares, onion rings, and cheese biscuits. We were extremely disappointed in everything we had ordered, as every bit of it tasted frozen (or had previously been frozen. I even witnessed one of the cooks dumping chicken wings out of a bag and into their deep fryer!) This restaurant seemed to take an awfully long time (about a year) to open, and sadly, it doesn't look like it will even be able to STAY open for even a year!
