Part 4: Going Back in Time
This year the Burritt Museum Guild presented a special exhibit of antique wedding and christening gowns in the old Madison Baptist Church on the Burritt property.

Proceeds from this year's Silver Tea go towards restoring the church. Martha Pullen loaned the Guild some antique christening gowns from her private collection.

The Balch House was the scene for bluegrass music provided by "The Young & The Restless" music group. Old-fashion tea time goodies from the 1800's were served inside the house.

If you missed the Silver Tea this year, be sure to make plans to attend next year. It is one of the most fun events for ladies in Huntsville and the surrounding areas.
