Part 5: Photos from Pat Gardner

This fruited ice ring is one of the things that the Burritt Silver Tea is known for. Keeping the ice from melting in the June heat is sometimes a real trick for Guild members.

Even the log houses on the Burritt grounds are decorated for the Silver Tea.

The mantle in the Burritt Mansion's parlor is decorated by the Blossomwood Garden Club.

The Gazebo table looks spectacular with it's floral arrangements and hanging Boston ferns.

One of my favorite things at the Silver Tea is the floral arrangements that the Hampton Cove Garden Club displays along the walkways on the grounds of Burritt on the Mountain.
T
It's hard to believe all the work that goes into turning the Burritt into a showcase for approximately 3 hours in June every year.
