Leroy Pope (1764-1845) showed here by Rankin Sneed, was considered the "Father of Huntsville." He was a lawyer, planter, and pioneer settler in Huntsville.
John Williams Walker (1783-1823) is portrayed by Patrick Nelson. Walker was a lawyer and U.S. Congressman and President of the convention that framed the Alabama Constitution in 1819.

Marty Siebert helped to make Dr. William H. Burritt (1869-1955) come alive. Dr. Burritt was a Huntsville physician who bequeathed this home on Monte Sano to the city of Huntsville to become the first museum in Huntsville. Dr. Burritt's ashes are buried in the mausoleum.
Olde Town Brass were on hand at the Cemetery Stroll to add their music to the occasion.
